Terms of Service

TeamColor provides digital post-production for real estate media. Each service, its inclusions, add-ons, unit price and turnaround time are described on the service pages of this website.

We may update our service catalog and prices at any time. Changes never affect orders that have already been paid.

All orders are 100% pre-paid in US Dollars (USD) through PayPal before production starts.

• The price you pay is calculated by our system from the current catalog at checkout.
• Add-ons are charged per unit of the service (per photo, per plan or per video) unless stated otherwise.
• You must provide a working link to your source files (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or similar) with view access enabled.

Turnaround times shown on each service (for example 12 hours) start once payment is confirmed and your source files are accessible.

• Delays caused by missing, incomplete or inaccessible files pause the turnaround clock.
• Very large orders may be delivered in batches; we will let you know in advance.

If a delivered file does not match your original instructions, request a revision within 7 days of delivery and we will correct it free of charge.

New instructions or style changes that were not part of the original order may be quoted as a new order.

Because each service is custom digital work, completed deliveries are not refundable. If we cannot deliver an order, or a revision still does not meet the original instructions, you may request a full or partial refund for the affected items by contacting us within 14 days of delivery.

• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all files you send us.
• You keep full ownership of your original files and of the edited files we deliver once the order is paid.
• We may keep copies of files for up to 30 days to handle revisions, after which they may be deleted.
• We will never use your files in our portfolio or marketing without your written permission.

Virtually staged, altered or enhanced images may need to be disclosed as such under local real estate advertising rules. You are responsible for using delivered media in a way that complies with the rules of your market and listing platforms.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or listing delays.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
